FontanaBLOWTM, a new sheet forming technology technology based on the gas forming of aluminum sheets at a very high temperature, about 500 ° C The FontanaBLOWTM process allow to create objects and products that would otherwise are impossible to be obtained with standard existing technologies, using lightweight and performing materials like aluminum with a low environmental impact The product is made of aluminum alloy, with a thickness in the range between 0.8 and 2.5 mm. With this innovation, it is possible to obtain object of different dimension (from 20cm to 400cm maximum dimension) without any joining operation and in a very complex shape.
