Information

The GM RAILING® UNI system is consistently modular. This enables a simple and effective construction process. In addition, the different series can be easily integrated into a wide variety of constructions: Thanks to its variant-rich substructures, the glass railing system is always connected quickly and optimally matched to the design of the adjacent surfaces. Independent of the detailed solutions of the supporting structure. Connection of the glass railing system: In addition to 3 aluminum substructures from Glas Marte, there is also the option of fastening GM RAILING® UNI to the building structure with a simple steel angle. There is a suitable substructure for every detailed planning. In this way, the floor structure can be harmoniously brought up to the glass railing. Due to the different mounting positions and substructures, flat and high floor superstructures can be connected, including the necessary insulation and sealing levels. Installation in two steps: The unit consisting of the suspension profile and adjustment block is a key advantage of the GM RAILING® UNI glass railing system. Regardless of the requirements imposed by the detailed planning and glass thickness, the installation of the suspension profile and adjustment block basically follows the same simple principle: The prefabricated glass module (glass + profile) is suspended and screwed into the substructure profile on site. This screw connection allows for tolerance compensation. Glass drilling is not necessary. Construction: The glass modules are prefabricated at the factory. This ensures high-quality glass support and avoids unacceptable stress peaks. Specifically, the unique prefabrication level of GM RAILING® glass railings is the best prerequisite for efficient, cost-optimized planning processes and on-time, high-quality results. Certifications: abP P-2018-3064, DIN 18008 compliant with type-tested structural analysis.
