Johnson Architectural Elements lighting columns are characterized by their aesthetics and exceptional performance.
Our lighting elements can be installed outside, to mark a path, as well as inside, fixed to the ground, or hung on a wall or a post, or any other support. We can make high columns (about 10 meters) as well as shorter lengths or smaller diameters to create chandeliers. Our engineering teams will develop the most suitable product for the end use.
Our production tool allows us to adjust the gaps between the wires and create light effects and wave effects.
Our product is made up of two elements, our Vee-Wire technology and several supports inside the screen.
Partnerships with lighting professionals allow us to offer a complete lighting product. We manufacture the structure and our partners work with us to offer a product corresponding to the customer's demand in terms of lighting.
The main strengths of this product are:
- Strong wind resistance, thanks to our Vee-Wire technology and the very robust construction of the screen. Each point of intersection between the wire and the rod support is welded by electrical resistance, which makes our screen very solid despite sometimes large mesh openings (ranging from a few microns to 50mm)
- Anti-corrosion thanks to stainless steel, which is a premium material. Even outside, corrosion will not appear before several years, after which we can come and renovate the products thanks to a passivator which will restore it to its full shine.
- Easy cleaning thanks to the Vee-wire technology, a simple jet of water will restore all its shine to the stainless steel of our products.
