More spaciousness, more room for manoeuvring, more creativity. The trend for open space in architecture brings new levels of freedom, but they are not always a plus: Open rooms and smooth surfaces such as glass or concrete increase sound volumes and lead to more noise exposure. With the Acoustic Divider Vario, Création Baumann has set a new standard in acoustic room partitioning. This innovative solution enables an effective decibel reduction, with the greatest freedom of choice in room design. Together with the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, the development and design team has further developed the product acoustically even more efficient. With just one layer of NoiseBlocker, the research team has succeeded in reducing noise by up to 22 decibels. The system can be delivered – made to measure to custom requirements – as a readily finished product. The metal rail for ceiling installation is available in two profile sizes, excelling in a high load capacity of 90 and/or 150 kg – straight or curved, in white or in grey. New available is a specially developed aluminum cover to the existing metal rail to offer even more individuality and design options in rooms.
