NEVARIS Build is a universal, process-oriented 5D solution that spans the spectrum from building information modeling and construction calculation to tendering/awarding/contracting. This means that a specification sheet can be created automatically and - together with the 3D model - handed over to the calculation. NEVARIS thus takes over the complete process flow from the CAD model to cost and time planning. The software takes into account the construction conditions in Germany (GAEB) and Austria (ÖNORM). For those carrying out the construction, NEVARIS Build covers the areas of costing, subcontractor management, construction accounting and construction time planning. The software maps the process from order procurement to systematic planning, management and control of the execution of construction projects - or from the processing of offers to the final invoice. With the program module for the simple creation of construction schedules, networked and non-networked bar plans can be created and edited. NEVARIS Build is delivered in German or English.
